The fauna or wildlife consists of wild boar, jackals, foxes, porcupines, black naped hare, monitor lizards, civet cat, Mongoose, chital, Sambar and a wide range of reptiles like pythons, cobra, rat snake, Russell’s viper and more than 100 species of birds including peacock, quail, warbler, babbler, flower pecker, partridge, lapwings, duck, curlews can be seen during bird watching and safaris in the Park.
The park has an elevated view point along with watch tower to have a close look of the wild animals at their natural habitat. Snake shows are arranged for tourists and visitors. The park has a library with good collection, an Environmental Education Canter with auditorium and museum with wildlife exhibits.
