Darjeeling is one of the planet's generally acclaimed tea developing focuses. Here ranches were begun in 1840's. The knoll station is spotted with more than 70 tea estates. Darjeeling Rangeet Valley Passenger Ropeway Found at North Point something like 3 km from the town, the ropeway spreads a separation of 8kms in 45minutes and associate the North focus (7000 ft) to the Singla Bazaar (800 ft). This was the first ropeway in India. The seats in the rope way is restricted and it is better to get the tickets ahead of time. Timings 8am to 3.30pm.

Singhalila National Park and treks Placed in the vicinity of 20km from Darjeeling is Singhalila, the most elevated National Park in West Bengal.
