The Guindy National park is tropical dry evergreen flora with various species of plants, trees, shrubs, herbs and grasses.
The wild animals include spotted deer, hedge hog, black bucks, river otter, hyena, bonnet monkey, civet cat, pangolin, and mongoose.
The birds are black winged kite, buzzard, woodpecker, crow pheasant, yellow and red wattled lapwing, blue faced malkoha, shrikes, pariah kite, minivets, barkets, parakeets, robins, beak paradise, flycatcher, stone curlew and many more can be observed during bird watching and jungle safari.
