Kangchenjunga National Park, located in North Sikkim adjoining border Nepal, covering area of 850 square kilometres named as a Biosphere reserve with an altitude from 1800 to more than 8500 meters, is covered by many mountain peaks of Himalayas and glaciers. On the west border is Mount Kanchenjunga, the highest mountain peak in India. The peaks and glaciers on the northern side include the Talung, Tent peaks and the Zemo and Simyo glaciers and peaks Pandim, Narshing, Siniolchu in other directions.

Permit of the State Chief Wildlife is required along with entry fees for the national Park.
