Singhalila National Park positioned at Singalila Ridge which is at extremely high elevation of more than 7000 feet over mean sea level is the uppermost National Park in West Bengal. It is situated in the acute north western edge of Darjeeling District and extends on an area of 78 square kilometres.
The park was acknowledged a wildlife sanctuary and was established as national park of India during 1992. The section is very popular for its trekking trails from Manebhanjang to Sandakphu and Phalut.
