Ravangla is a somewhat one of the new tourist spots in South Sikkim. It is a little scenic town on the highway from Gangtok to Gyalshing at an altitude of 8,000 feet. Ravangla is the places in Sikkim that offers uninterrupted view of the Greater Himalayas namely Mount Kanchenjunga, Pandim, Sinialchu, Kabru. During April and May the area becomes filled with loads of flower blossom. The weather in Ravangla is incredibly unpredictable, so at all times there are chances for rains.
