Palolem is a 1.61 km long extend of beach lying south of Cabo De Rama. The lovely Palolem Village is right by the shoreline. It is otherwise called 'Heaven Beach'.
It is located 2 km from the Market town of Chaudi in Canacona Taluk in the South Goa area of Goa. It is around 37 kms from Margoa and 70 kms from Panaji.
At the northern end of the shoreline is a small island and the hillside past is thickly forested. The Patnem-Colomb shoreline is arranged close (around 1 km separation) to the Palolem shoreline.
An unbelievable palm bordered shoreline, Palolem can't be called as an exceptionally tranquil spot, yet most likely holds its appeal, less marketed and most guests need to return once more.
The shoreline is a bended stretch of white sand spotted with fishing boats. The water is shallow and delicate, with next to no surf and exceptionally protected to swim.
