Auli, the winter sport destination in India, is situated in the peak of Garhwal hills in the Chamoli district of Uttaranchal. Positioned 16 kms from Joshimath, at an elevation of 2895 meter it is one of the most popular ski resorts in India. Auli's 7 kilometers stretched sloped ranges with an altitude of 500 meters present exciting skiing opportunity for both experienced skiers in addition to beginners.
