Kasu Brahmananda Reddy National Park situated at Jubilee hills, Hyderabad spreads over an area of 158 hectares. The park formed in 1994 to preserve the bio diversity and wealth of the area and is named after late Kasu Brahmananda Reddy, the ex Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The natural vegetation and trees of the park is tropical deciduous of the south and is the last left over representation of the original flora of Hyderabad region. The park has almost 600 species of trees, shrubs, climber, herbs and grasses.
