Things to do or see or trekking in Namdapha National Park, Arunachal Pradesh, India

The fauna or wildlife of the park composed of elephant, tiger, snow and clouded leopard, golden cat, wild dog, Hoolock gibbon, Namdapha flying squirrel, buffalo, guar, hog deer, sloth bear, bison, Himalayan tahr, python, king cobra, takin along with many endangered species . The variety of Indian birds are horn bill, the state bird of Arunachal, white winged wood duck, cheer pheasants can be seen during bird watching and jungle or forest safaris. 

 The park is unique in its elevation from 200 to more than 4600 metres of snow covered mountain peaks which makes it a place for trekking and hiking. From Miau the forest roads stretch over 30 kilometres and only way to access the protected area up to Deban by jeep or Gypsy. After which It is a challenge to trek through thick forests and sharp hill ranges and rivers.
