Lataguri a little town in the neighbourhood of the park is the entry point to Gorumara. There are several watch towers to view the wildlife inside the park namely Jatraprasad Watch tower , rhino observatory in front of the Gorumara forest bungalow, Khunia watch Tower close to the Murti forest bungalow and Suksukia Bird watching Point.Rhino observation point is the best place to observe wild animals like rhino, elephant, bison and deer as they frequently visit the salt reservoir just under the tower. From Gorumara it is nearly 2 hours ride to Jaldapara wild life sanctuary along with Chapramari wild Life Sanctuary is another place to visit in and around Gorumara in dooars.
