Having an elevation of 7200 metres Trishul Peak is one of the most ski friendly ranges of Auli. Prior to Auli was grown as a ski resort, Trishul and other Auli peaks were the training location of Indo Tibetan Border Police Force.
The peak is accompanied by stunning landscapes, ponds and some of the biggest meadows in Garhwal. Roopkand, the lake is located and flanked by the slopes of the Trishul peak and Nanda Ghunti 6300 metres. Roopkund is also called the mystery Lake as more than 600 skeletons of humans and horses were revealed from this place.
